About the Role
The ideal candidate is a player/coach with 18+ mo. of compliant retail cannabis sales experience. Think one part road warrior, one part grinder who understands the importance of data and analytics and is also able to provide air support on closing difficult accounts for their team.
You will be responsible for leading the existing sales and brand ambassador teams in all territories through British Columbia as well as personally producing at a high level.
Required Skills & Experience:
18 months or more of cannabis industry sales experience
Deep relationships with cannabis retail owners, buyers and operators in the territory
Experience selling flower
Desired Skills & Experience:
Experience with a cannabis brand or company with a presence in more than 150 stores
Experience in a fast-growing sales environment such as Cannabis or Alcohol & Spirits
Benefits & Perks:
The compensation package includes base pay and commission. A generous bonus and commission plan.
